As a first time home buyer I didn't know what to expect. I was nervous about the entire process but that all changed when I spoke with David. The amount of knowledge he has and his "upfront - let me be honest" attitude" made me feel at peace. He was always available and kept me updated every step of the way. David completed our initial loan and reached out to us with an opportunity to refinance. He came in person to go over the details and within a few weeks our new loan was funded. David and his staff were very professional and made sure that we were comfortable through each step in the process.

This was my fiance's and I first home and Mr. Garcia made it as smooth as possible. He's very professional, attentive and answered all of our questions. He got us a lower interest rate than what we first expected and a very affordable monthly mortgage payment. If you are looking for a lender he is most definitely the way to go!

We have done 3 loans total with David and his team, 2 refinances and one new purchase. This last one was a doozie to say the least. Not only was it a challenge for David to get us approved for for the loan that would get us into a bigger, more expensive house, but he and his team stuck with us through the most difficult escrow ever. Not only did our real estate agent say that it was THE most difficult transaction that he has ever experienced, but David even admitted that it was the most challenging situation on the loan side... read more
