This might be the 4th or 5th time we work with David and we just could not imagine working with someone else. He’s dependable, honest, and works hard at making sure his clients always get the better end of the deal. Saturdays or sundays, available holidays his available hes with his family on his time still available sorry David i had the worst timing i know but you were always available and willing to help amd or answer any questions for us and thank you for doing everything in your power to give us a great loan even when our credit wasnt. As a first time home buyer I didn't know what to expect. I was nervous about the entire process but that all changed when I spoke with David. The amount of knowledge he has and his "upfront - let me be honest" attitude" made me feel at peace. He was always available and kept me updated every step of the way. David completed our initial loan and reached out to us with an opportunity to refinance. He came in person to go over the details and within a few weeks our new loan was funded. David and his staff were very professional and made sure that we were comfortable through each step in the process.

This was my fiance's and I first home and Mr. Garcia made it as smooth as possible. He's very professional, attentive and answered all of our questions. He got us a lower interest rate than what we first expected and a very affordable monthly mortgage payment. If you are looking for a lender he is most definitely the way to go!

David and his team made it happen, since day one he gave me the confidence that I needed. He was always one step ahead of everyone during the whole transaction, always keeping me update it on everything. I wouldn't trust nobody else. I recommend David. He is the man.
