David completed our initial loan and reached out to us with an opportunity to refinance. He came in person to go over the details and within a few weeks our new loan was funded. David and his staff were very professional and made sure that we were comfortable through each step in the process.
This was my fiance's and I first home and Mr. Garcia made it as smooth as possible. He's very professional, attentive and answered all of our questions. He got us a lower interest rate than what we first expected and a very affordable monthly mortgage payment. If you are looking for a lender he is most definitely the way to go!
