This is my second loan through David. The first was for a home in Los Angeles where David came to the rescue after my initial lender failed to perform. This time is for a purchase in NorCal so of course I contacted David to assist again and he got it done.
David has assisted me with three loans now. Our first home we purchased was in 2017. David was extremely helpful especially since I made first time buyer errors. Our refinance with David was smooth and now again David just finalized our loan for our dream home. David is very straightforward and honest.
