My initial encounter with David is when I purchased my home as a first time home buyer a couple of years ago. They walked me step by step through the home buying process which was an extremely seamless and smooth process. I can honestly say I had the best home buying experience. Recently I had my home refinanced, which David assisted me with as well, and the process went even smoother. As first time home buyers, David made this process as smooth and efficient as possible for my wife and I. He was always available to answer our questions, as well as be proactive in letting us know what to expect throughout the whole process. I'm a skeptical person. Although David was first recommended to me by my agent, I looked into other lenders to see how they match up. Others will give you nice numbers up front without confirming things but, in the end, I ended up coming back to David. Just when I had found my dream home, it turned out to be out of my range. David was awesome to work with. I really appreciated the extra effort he took in explaining all of the different details of our transaction which were a bit complex and, at times, a bit overwhelming.
