We have done 3 loans total with David and his team, 2 refinances and one new purchase. This last one was a doozie to say the least. Not only was it a challenge for David to get us approved for for the loan that would get us into a bigger, more expensive house, but he and his team stuck with us through the most difficult escrow ever. My initial encounter with David is when I purchased my home as a first time home buyer a couple of years ago. They walked me step by step through the home buying process which was an extremely seamless and smooth process. I can honestly say I had the best home buying experience. I'm a skeptical person. Although David was first recommended to me by my agent, I looked into other lenders to see how they match up.
