Bridal alterations was rude and unwelcoming to family and mother of the bride. Very unprofessional and pleasant to be part of the wedding experience.
I had an absolutely awful experience with alterations. Please do not use this place for any alterations. When you purchase the dress, they will make you feel like you will be taken care of with alterations, and you will not. Also, the person doing mine literally got her blood on my dress and then brushed it off as if it was no big deal. My experience was horrible. My daughter was asked to remove her shoes I did not know they had her take her shoes off for the fitting and then they make you sign a paper that they marked shoes as flats and that was not accurate. Her dress is too short and hangs between her legs like palazzo pants not the 700.00 dress plus alterations we purchased. They are blaming us and won’t help resolve the issue even though the chat person Dawn said they would fix it.
Just went to try to find my wedding dress no one greeted or said anything to me. Looking for someone to help and it never showed.
