Went to David’s Bridal at Easton for a Mother of the Bride dress. I found a dress on the rack that I could take home that day. Before purchasing, I asked the girl that was helping us if I could return it if I found something else and if there was a restocking fee. I was told I could return it within 30 days, as long as it’s before the date of the wedding and unworn. Two associates confirmed there would not be a restocking fee since I did not have to order it. Go somewhere else. They forgot to put my brides veil inside of her bag. We paid for the veil as it is on the receipt. Cassidy is unable to help us out at all. She actually laughed at me and my wife. She offered no help and even told us it was our fault for not double checking their work. No veil or money back offered by Cassidy yesterday. It was a 100$ veil and we bought over 1200$ dress. She refuses to admit anyone did any wrong at the store but 5 people have checked and it is not in the bag.

Worst experience ever and terrible customer service even when I brought It up in store the lady at the front desk didn’t care literally shrugged her shoulders. if I had time I’d return my bridesmaids dresses and take my business elsewhere! So glad I never looked here for a wedding dress y’all don’t shop here they literally do not care! And are so rude!

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! My entire experience here was horrible! The day I came to try dresses on for my big day I had a dress online I absolutely loved but they didn’t have it in my size. So I tried on similar ones and found one that fit perfect. All it needed was shortened and a little lace detail over the arm. Like a hanging cap maybe 3-4inches if fabric. This was my daughter's experience...I bought my wedding dress at Davids Bridal and was happy with my purchase. I decided to have them do the alterations thinking they were experts and would likely get the dress done more efficiently than taking it somewhere else. I was SO wrong!
