I went there yesterday to buy a Mother's dress and rent groomsmen's tuxes and they refused me service without a mask. It was absolutely ridiculous so I'm taking my money elsewhere.

I was in the store this evening, very sad to say it wasn't a very good experience. we had a 6pm appt and really the only thing g the last did was get a few dresses for me to try on. this being my first time at any of this I was surprised that she wasn't very helpful. We had to ask for a strapless corest, and to see a seamerest, which was to busy to come out for 5 minutes to assist. Just don’t go if you have a choice. I knew better but I wanted the dress they had. Once again I walk away saying never again. So now I’m looking for someone to help me fix my dress that I was told “oh NO PROBLEM” we can do that. Oh they tried to give suggestions that even my 3 year old niece would know would look tacky.

BEWARE!! I went to this store to order a dress two weeks ago. They did not have it in store so they did an online order and shipped to my house. They did not warn me about their horrible return policy. I placed the order on Jan 4 and I guess they only give people a week to return (by Jan 11) but I didn’t receive the dress until January 15th.
