Shelby was the sweetest most patient person that I've ever dealt with. I had no expectation to find "the one" in a matter of three hours but she nailed the project! My dress is absolutely beautiful and I felt amazing in it. I'll definitely be back for the bridesmaid dresses and accessories. Thank you so much davids bridal and Shelby!

I was unhappy with this experience. This is my second wedding, i went to Davids bridal the first time and found my dress. Yesterday i went in after saving dresses to my favorites on the David website...so my party was more prepared. I had approximately 12 dresses saved. Once we arrived for our appointment, they did not have ONE dress from my favorites. Ouch. I tild her my budget was around $300. She brought me 3 dresses and none of them are what i had pictured. Went here not really knowing what kind of wedding dress I was even looking for. The team did a fantastic job listening to my likes and dislikes and brought me some spot on dresses. Didn't find the one yet, but I now know what I'm looking for!
I got my wedding dress from here and it was a great experience, everyone was friendly and helpful. When I went back with my bridesmaids yesterday that was NOT the case. Everything was great until our consultant found out my girls were waiting to order dresses for a few months. After that she got super rude with us, and then just left! She flat out walked away from us and never came back. She was with us for a total of 30 minutes tops and I had an actual appointment. I think I had Emma and she was awesome. I fell in love with my dress and she just helped to make me feel even more beautiful. The staff was welcoming and kind.
I had an amazing experience at the Ft. Wayne store with Emma. She listened to me and helped me realize what I wanted. She was also patient and gave me one on one attention. I had fun and got the dress I always dreamed of. They also are allowing me to put my dress on layaway and honoring their sale price of the preservation kit the day my dress is paid for. I've had so much be messed up. Was suppose to get a finger tip Vail got a mile long one then was told final sale. Got a headband and half the jewls were off in the bag it came in. They ordered one of my bridesmaids dress the wrong size. They gave my mother in law a dress with a hole in it and now say they can't get the dress in the same color to replace it. I'm NOT happy with my experience. More tears then anything.
