I have had the worst experience with David’s Bridal. They put my bridesmaid’s dress down as a take sale, while watching her walk out the store with no dress in hand. When we called to check on the status and they explained the situation, their “solution” was for my bridesmaid to have to travel out of state to another David’s bridal that would have her dress in store. Some of the worst customer service I’ve every had at a bridal shop. I purchased my first dress from davids bridal a few years ago but my wedding was postponed. I gained weight and was concerned that the dress would not fit even after alterations, but their stylist assured me that changing the zipper into a corset would give me the extra room I needed. 1 month before my wedding at my final fitting the dress did not fit and was ruined. My future daughter in law ordered her dress from here and the wedding is in a month and we can’t reach anyone to get the dress. We just want the dress so she can wear it to the wedding. We will alter it ourselves. The dress is already paid for!! I had an awful experience here this weekend. My stylist refused to listen to me and kept bringing me dresses that were not at all what I wanted, despite me telling her that I was uncomfortable in them. I came in with a few dresses that I had picked out from David’s Bridal website and showed them to her and she would not bring me any of them. David's bridal in Ft Wayne Indiana is the worst! they judge you if you are over their weight standards and wouldn't hire someone I know because of her size! the woman doing the interview literally scoffed when she came in for the interview! I cannot believe someone that is supposed to be professional would act in this manner just because someone is overweight! Never will I ever step foot into this store!

RecommendedI will recommend this place only because we have purchased items here before with no issues. But...The one time you purchase a $200 bridesmaid gown and the wedding is called off, you can not return the dress. What am I suppose to do with this monstrosity now? Thanks for your ridiculous no return policy...I even have the receipt and the tags are on the dress.
Because I have had nothing but problems with them! Their customer service is terrible and they are very unorganized

Terrible experience. We got there almost an hour before closing (48 minutes to be exact, since the girl made such a huge issue of it.) When we walked in, we didn’t even get a hello /welcome in /who’s the bride/ or anything. All we received was a very rude, “Do you have an appointment?”.
