This company is awful! Their properties stink (literally), and they don't clean them or even walk through them before you move in. The rep I dealt with should have nothing to do with real estate or rentals. He was a complete joke..

The only good thing Dean and Dewitt did for us was let us break our lease early. We had issues from day one with them. When we saw the apartment, we were told there would be central air and a washer/dryer on site by the time we moved in. When we moved in, not only was there no central air, they also removed the AC units from the windows, so we had NO AIR AT ALL!! There was no washer/dryer on site, 2 of our 3 ceiling fans didn't work, all the windows were painted shut, the back door leaked, the oven was super old and broken a... read more
