I was getting gas and your company vehicle driver let me in front of her,, then at the stoplight the driver came to my car, put the gas cap back on and closed the cover. Then she waved and got back in her car. She went above and beyond when she didn't have to in all that traffic. Thank you sweet blonde lady for your kindness.

Patrick came today to do some maintenance work on our rental home and it was a great experience. He was polite and knowledgable and even fixed a couple other things that I noticed while he was here, including stopping by on his way home to reinstall a screen that he fixed at the shop. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

I have been very pleased with Dean and Dewitt. The office staff is friendly and professional, and I have had no major issues maintenance-wise. My one small issue was fixed on the same day that I notified them. I would recommend this company!

This is a pretty good property management company. I have never had a major problem but they have helped and been responsive for any minor issues that have come up. Payment is easy which is a plus.
