Our experience with Denny was a pleasant one. We were recommended to him and do not regret it. He went above and beyond for us and ensured us that even after closing, he will be around to help out with refinancing, setting up payments, and anything else that might come up.
My loan officer Denny went above and beyond to make sure that my loan process was as seamless as possible. I couldn't have asked for anyone better.
Both Denny & Santino were both extremely helpful, polite and responsive during the whole process from helping me before I found the right home all the way through the closing process. Denny made everything easy to understand and was a joy to work with. We never felt that there was a question that went unanswered or was not understood. He checked I. Regularly with updates on where we were at in the process and responded promptly to any messages from us. We’ve actually already recommended him to an another person who was not as happy with their lender.

Everyone we worked with from start to finish was available within a reasonable amount of time when we had questions. Our loan originator took the time to explain the process, all the documents we were signing and any other questions we had in depth so we understood what was going on. The process can be stressful, so it was nice to have people who knew what they were doing and kept us up to speed on any changes. The app was very helpful I’m keeping myself on track as to what was required from me.
