Van Dyk Mortgage was a God send, when banks were ghosting me on getting a loan they believed in me. I’m eternally grateful to their associates Denny Umphries and Santino Rumore for their abilities to see that I was capable of paying such a loan. Unfortunately for me, on paper, it didn’t look good due to my loss of income during the COVID period. I recovered from that very well and am making more than enough these days.
