I would like to thank Denny Umphreys for his attention to detail, and his patience and understanding when going through the loan process with my clients. He took the extra time to explain and help my first time home buyers understand the process. Qualifying for a loan and completing the process is not easy..my buyers needed educated all the way through, they wanted to give up, but with Denny's patience, they made it to the closing table and now they are so happy to be in their new home!
