We were very nervous when this journey began. There were so many questions and things to understand. Denny was always there, no matter how late or what day of the week to answer our questions. Words can hardly explain how easy you made buying this home was for us. You stuck to your word and came through on ever promise you made to us. You definitely know what you're doing when it comes to purchasing a home and I would definitely recommend your services!
My clients originally decided to use another lender of their choice. We went to submit an offer and deliver the fully executed contract to the lender. That lender then denied funding. I called Denny to help me with this time sensitive situation. Not only was he able to get funding for my clients, but he was able to keep it with in the same dates as stated in the contract!
