This office is worse than the Karen's I deal with as a barista. I have literally been trying to get an appointment for my wisdom teeth to be removed for OVER A YEAR! My mom & I have been calling and always get sent to voicemail. When they do actually answer, they tell me that they can't schedule because the person who does that specific dentists book isn't there and to call back another time or that they'll give us a call (they never do). Horrible experience with the billing department. I called to schedule an appointment with an Endodontist for a root canal retreatment. The day of the appointment someone from the office calls two hours before to reschedule. I show up at the reschedule appointment and wait for over 45 minutes to be seen. Then after telling me the treatment plan they schedule a Saturday appointment and ask for a deposit. I paid upfront since the retreatment was in two days. I show up for the appointment and they tried to collect a double... read more

No communication. Time wasted. I took the day off to bring in my boys who both have Autism to this highly recommended special needs dentist office. I was told the only availability for sedation is on Tuesdays, so my boys were scheduled for the earliest availability which happened to be about 3 weeks out. We check in only for them to ask why we are there, and that they can't do sedation without clearance from their doctor. What a horrible place. My brother has DS and has been treated here a few times. I called to schedule his annual exam and cleaning 2 months ago and was blown off by the scheduler until I called back for an update last week. She (terri) finally scheduled the appointment for him after I signed and returned consent. It took a great deal of effort to coordinate his transportation and schedule as requested by Terri. I find it interesting that my review was removed from plain view, and only later did I find it buried in a separate section in yelp with other "one star" ratings, which stated that these reviews weren't included in the business's overall star rating. Interesting censorship here. Yelp users may want to search the other "one star" ratings. Re-posting in the spirit of TRANSPARENCY....
