Long waits, mishaps with billing consistently. Would have left a long time ago had it not been for the best dental hygienist, Sheree.

What a waste of both time and money. My appointment was scheduled for 11:00am and they took me back pretty close to that time so I didn't have to wait long. The hygienist was great. The dentist on the other hand.... I didn't see the dentist I had been told I would see when I first scheduled the appointment. The dentist that I did see immediately referred me to a specialist without first attempting an examination. This so called specialist is not contracted with any insurance. I found this out at the front desk on my way out.... read more

If you enjoy a chaotic waiting room experience, then this place is for you. I arrived early for my appointment, and after half-hour after my appointment was supposed to begin, I went up to the receptionist who just looked dumbfounded at me. During my wait I was treated to loud music coming over the speaker alongside even louder children's TV show, with a little drilling sounds in the background. DOC has treated my daughter terribly. We simply tried to reschedule an appointment, due to the fact that she stayed late after school in tutoring, and a receptionist named Stefanie literally told her that 'she is not able to reschedule'. Later, after we called back, and demanded to know what dentist was refusing to reschedule, the connection was "lost". Eventually, she back-pedaled and called back and left a voicemail stating she had scheduled an appointment on my daughters' behalf. We are disgusted by the sub-par customer ... read more
