Being a doctor or a dentist considers to be one of the most humane professions man can acquire, it's where you can help cure and relieve the pain of another human being. I called this office on Thursday 08/08/2019 around noon due to an emergency root canal, as I was experiencing a lot of pain which escalated very quickly in the last couple of days. I went to another dentist and found out that a piece of my wisdom tooth was left in my mouth after they took X-rays for another procedure. The way the gum healed I was unaware that part of it was still intact. I had at least 3 X-rays after the extractions and not a word was said about the tooth still in my mouth. I contacted the Tatum and bell office and was told I would be put in touch with an oral surgeon at the central office to correct the mistake. This was FOUR WEEKS AGO. I have still not heard anything back. I don't fe... read more

They put a filling in my front tooth that is very visible and doesn't even come close to matching in color. I asked them to fix it and after trying they said my teeth were too dark to match. I was horrified and believed them until I went to another dentist who laughed at that idea and told me it wasn't true at all. I complained again and they basically argued me out of there and said it was unfortunate they would be losing a patient. Beware! Dr. Santoro was extremely aggressive and short tempered with few choice words, the dental assistant was understanding and was excellent but this is not how humans should be treated, at no doctors visit should you be belittled shame on Dental on central and Dr. Santoro. This dentistry is supposed to be a special needs/Disability oriented dentistry and in no way shape or form is it.

Long waits, mishaps with billing consistently. Would have left a long time ago had it not been for the best dental hygienist, Sheree.
