TERRIBLE FRONT DESK CUSTOMER SERVICE ! ! ! Had to drive back down from sunrise because receptionist allowed me to miss my appointment over something that could’ve been solved afterwards ! Just ridiculous and still upset!

Arrived at my scheduled appointment at 10:00am and was called into the room 2-3 minutes later. Sat there for 45 mins waiting on the dentist. Service from the dentist was excellent; however, the waiting period was extremely too long.
I have to wait 3 weeks for a doctor to see me.
Dr. Lindsay Ringdahl (of Orthodontic Options) was extremely rude and made me feel as if my being there was an inconvenience to her and her time. When thinking of getting braces, I want to be feel comfortable and like I can trust who will be treating me has my best interests in mind but I did not feel that way with this doctor. I felt undermined and extremely uncomfortable throughout the whole experience. The dental Hygeniest Yanina was amazing, I wish I could leave 2 separate reviews. I give her a 5 out of 5, just perfect and the assistants as well. I have been going to this dentist's office for a long time, however the doctor that I was seeing no longer works there. I saw a new doctor and I was not very happy.
