Dr. Lindsay Ringdahl (of Orthodontic Options) was extremely rude and made me feel as if my being there was an inconvenience to her and her time. When thinking of getting braces, I want to be feel comfortable and like I can trust who will be treating me has my best interests in mind but I did not feel that way with this doctor. The dental Hygeniest Yanina was amazing, I wish I could leave 2 separate reviews. I give her a 5 out of 5, just perfect and the assistants as well. I have been going to this dentist's office for a long time, however the doctor that I was seeing no longer works there. I saw a new doctor and I was not very happy. Like the other reviews read, all they care is about your money and have a very aggressive sales tactics. The previews doctor that I have seen was never pushy on anything. I spent one and a half hour and nothing has been done. I waited doctor and estimates then hygienist said that she doesn’t have time and offer to reschedule appointment.

My dental hygienist was great. I initially thought Ms. Hernandez, the dentist who examined my mouth, was also great because she recommended a natural product to use and gave information on a product not needed. In my eyes this made her a superstar because it made me think she's not money hungry. After thinking about my entire visit with Ms. Hernandez where I showed her a tooth that hurts sometimes when food get stuck in it. -Was called to come in 30 minutes early and I ended up waiting for 1 hour, thus missing work for nothing -Requested appointment with a specific doctor and ended up having a different one I was very disappointed

I make a consultation regarding lingual braces and I was told that treatment was provided in their office but once I get there they tell me they don’t and just try to convince me to get the traditional treatment which is not what I wanted. I specifically made the appointment regarding lingual braces and they told me they had it that’s why I came in.

Lamentablemente en Dental Options han cambiado para peor. Comenzando con la manager y el encargado de cuentas de nombre Erick faltando el respeto a sus clientes. Siempren cambian los codigos de los trabajos, buscando siempre el codigo que nuestro seguro no cubre. Y cuando uno pide una explicacion, en ese momento comienza la falta de respeto. Desde que la Dra Gordon no atiende mas esa oficina cambio para peor. Recomendacion: Buscar otra oficina
