Joseline is very unprofessional and needs to be removed ASAP. No customers no business. The customers are the business. I’ve had multiple issues with joseline. I don’t work in the office. I shouldn’t have to call my insurance for her. Had she billed the right insurance then it would’ve took place. Since none of the old employees are there dental options is a mess.

Have been coming to this office for years have recommended it to many of my family, friends and even some clients. The experience was always pleasant. That doesn't seem to be the case any longer. The reception desk was rude, dismissive and unwelcoming. No one greeted or so much as acknowledged with eye contact. There are plenty of options in South Florida. Don't rest on your laurels.

This place is a dishonest money-stealing scam. Please please do not get dental care at this facility they are not thorough, the customer service is horrible, and the owner tries to insist that all patients leaving bad reviews never were seen in-office which is NOT THE CASE!!

Was supposed to get one of my 2 yearly cleanings at no charge, was told I required a deep cleaning and would cost me $400. Bull shit. I have been receiving deep cleanings for many years twice a year and paid only $180. With no insurance coverage. Looking for a new dentist now.

Terrible customer service. The office staff took 3 weeks to answer a simple question regarding a discount on a replacement retainer.. It’s not so much the discount as the total RUNAROUND that I received from the office staff that is so frustrating!

I made an appointment for a cleaning and received 3 text messages as a reminder of my upcoming appointment. The day of my appointment I arrived on time and was told by the employee at the front desk that I didn’t have an appointment and that I was not on the schedule. I waited 30 minutes while she figured out if they could take me in or not. Regardless of which employee made the mistake she never mentioned an “im sorry” or even some sort of acknowledgment the mistake done by the office. Rude and uncommunicative office manger that sets up a time and fails to tell me I have to pay 116 first to have my child's braces removed...I have been coming to the office for 4 years and paid over $14k for 2 of my kids braces and she felt it was necessary to waste my time over $116 as if I am a deadbeat. This is the last place to bring your child and I will let all of south Florida know that since I am a very influential person.

love the precautions your office took to minimize exposure to covid 19 and I love my hygienist Alexa. she was professional, patient, and thorough.
