I made an appointment for a cleaning and received 3 text messages as a reminder of my upcoming appointment. The day of my appointment I arrived on time and was told by the employee at the front desk that I didn’t have an appointment and that I was not on the schedule. I waited 30 minutes while she figured out if they could take me in or not. Rude and uncommunicative office manger that sets up a time and fails to tell me I have to pay 116 first to have my child's braces removed...I have been coming to the office for 4 years and paid over $14k for 2 of my kids braces and she felt it was necessary to waste my time over $116 as if I am a deadbeat. This is the last place to bring your child and I will let all of south Florida know that since I am a very influential person.

Very impersonal felt like a number not a person. Never received any follow up and the treatment plan was over $8,000. No text, Emil of phone call just asking for review. Been a month since visit no call back.

First all, this was my first time attending an appointment here. The doctor who attended me was respectful, clear with the instructions and recommendations. The same was with the technician, a kindly and friendly person. The moment most disgusting and awful was with the new “General Manager”. This person was very prepotent. I got implants and my bottom implant keeps coming loose. This is my third time going to get it fixed. I had recommended all my friends to go there but now I'm going to direct them to go somewhere else. Still not fixed, and I'm in pain over the weekend until Monday. Not Good. Spent over $20,000k there. Unacceptable.

I was told I owed money I did not owe. Whoever prepared those two bills KNEW THAT. One $30 charge, claim # 2019359T0124800 was.....ALREADY PAID on 1/7/2020. The 2nd one, claim 0038000 was filed OVER A YEAR after the date of service. Dental Options knows that all claims must be filed within 6 Mos. They screwed up and hoped me, their patient, wouldn't notice and would just pay this small amount. I deserve an apology for having to spend my time tobtrack down this attempt at deception to stick me with 2 $30;bills I did not owe

Dental Options is their option to screw the patient. Unnecessary diagnosing treatment for creating big expense when other same treatment by an individual dentist was 1/2 the cost. This is a scamming corporate entity not an individual family practicing type personal dentist. Plus arrogant staff.
