The Dentist was ok, the X-ray person was ok as well but the person that was cleaning my tooth was terrible, rough and very wood, I hope next if I go back I don’t have to deal with her again
I had an appointment at 2pm and I got there at 1:34. There were a couple in the waiting room when I got there and some more came way after. For some reasons they call every body and I was the only one still sitting there waiting. When I saw that and it was 2:15 PM, I approached the lady in the front counter and asked why am I still sitting here while everybody that came after me been called. TERRIBLE FRONT DESK CUSTOMER SERVICE ! ! ! Had to drive back down from sunrise because receptionist allowed me to miss my appointment over something that could’ve been solved afterwards ! Just ridiculous and still upset!
Both Dr Horesh and Olisa were very knowledgeable attentive to details, They were on schedule -not a long wait time.
The staff really care about you. Erick is great he really works in order to obtain the best finance for my case. Also Dr Steven Magna orthodontist he is good and Dr Etthie
Arrived at my scheduled appointment at 10:00am and was called into the room 2-3 minutes later. Sat there for 45 mins waiting on the dentist. Service from the dentist was excellent; however, the waiting period was extremely too long.
