I had an appointment at 2pm and I got there at 1:34. There were a couple in the waiting room when I got there and some more came way after. For some reasons they call every body and I was the only one still sitting there waiting. When I saw that and it was 2:15 PM, I approached the lady in the front counter and asked why am I still sitting here while everybody that came after me been called. TERRIBLE FRONT DESK CUSTOMER SERVICE ! ! ! Had to drive back down from sunrise because receptionist allowed me to miss my appointment over something that could’ve been solved afterwards ! Just ridiculous and still upset!

Arrived at my scheduled appointment at 10:00am and was called into the room 2-3 minutes later. Sat there for 45 mins waiting on the dentist. Service from the dentist was excellent; however, the waiting period was extremely too long.
I have to wait 3 weeks for a doctor to see me.
