If you are looking to get therapy this is not the place for you. They they do not have enough staff to help the patients they have. I did not see a case manager or a therapist until the day before I was discharged and I was in there for 11 days. You cannot be in there and not know what kind of treatment plan you need if you can't see anybody until 2 days before you are discharged. This is the worst run place I have ever been. I would strongly warn anyone thinking of going here that you will not receive the care promised. Was told multiple times by staff that the call center tells people whatever they want to hear, and not to use what was promised as an expectation for the actual care received.
When I arrived and found out I couldn't have my phone for the first five days I wanted to leave. I am glad that I didn't. I learned alot about my addiction and my triggers

They are just out for your money and do not actually care about their patients. No one knows what is going on when you call and if they had it their way they would simply toss their patients out of the curb once the money is received. When I called the call center and the mission statement both said that this place offered Individualized treatment and in two weeks my wife received one hour of individualized treatment with a therapist the rest was all group, so if you’re looking for some individualized treatment this place is not for you
Case manager, Jamie, NEVER called me with updates on my mother. Took days at a time to return my phone calls. My mother needed help with purchasing her plane ticket home; her case manager waited until 5 days prior to her release to help her find a ticket. Then told me not to worry, that she would print my mom a ticket— never happened. My mother ended up getting lost in the Denver airport because they released her even though she was showing signs of confusion. I was thrown out after 28 days due to insurance. I have since relapsed. There was no plan at the time they told me to leave. I was homeless, broke, and no job. Why couldn't I have stayed, until my mind was right? Jason
Worst Doctor, push you too quick to stop all drug help to make you feel halfway normal to move onto next step. My blood pressure was high, Dr didn't believe me until I insisted on her taking my blood pressure. They kicked me out on the street , I was from Florida. Met with a firefighter while there, really nice guy! He was not happy with the push and rush.
Worst treatment center experience to date. Leadership is poor. Program is poor. Alot of sketchy stuff happening here. Insurance scams, sexual harassment...also, a good amount of cash went missing from my wallet and no one seemed to care. Management was informed and nothing has been done to resolve the matter. Very dishonest and disgusting people here.
