Like Google Hangouts, with a few nice features on top. Pros: Easy to call in to a meeting. Easy to record a meeting. Generally it seems to drop calls less often than Google Hangouts. Cons: The hold music will be stuck in your head all day ;-) As far as I know there's no video feature, just screenshare. Overall: Easy conference calls
Not too bad for conferencing Pros: It worked well. It was a conference calling software but nothing special. It was ok. Pretty easy to use and straightforward. Cons: It just didn't grab us as being any more useful than the completely free versions. I can get the same features elsewhere.
Seemed like a good option upfront, but proved to be not very user-friendly. Pros: The software presents itself as extremely easy to use, and our company actually tried to switch to this from another conferencing software, but ultimately it did not stick. Cons: Perhaps there were glitches, but I often had trouble starting conferences with clients, especially screenshares. This solution was not user-friendly enough to be a permanent addition.
Uber conference is an easy and effective way for scheduling and executing conference calls. Pros: My team rarely has issues with connectivity, sound, etc. The screen sharing functionality is super simple as well. Cons: When sharing the conference link, the sign in prompt can be confusing for guests in terms of the linkedin sign in element. The hold song can also be a tad irritating at times, but entertaining.
A must-have tool for a distributed team Pros: As a remote worker, UberConference is one of the most important tools in my stack. Having a designated URL and call-in number allows me to boot-up a conference call / screen share with just a few clicks. Cons: I have run into instances on an UberConference call where service has been subpar; but, these instances are few and far between.
Best conference all software available IMO! Pros: The customer and client experience are great! The ease use of the software online and the call and hold music is the best! Cons: In the beginning, I had issues with setting up the recording function for a conference call. Not the easiest thing to figure out right away.
Perfect for meetings when everyone is in a different place Pros: The owner travels a lot, so we need it when he is gone. It sends a link to each individual you want at that meeting. It can be received via text or email. They click on the link and they've joined the call. It's that easy. Overall: We have only used it a few times, but we never had any issues with it. It's so simple to use and does everything you'd want a conference call program to do.
Great conferencing tool Pros: I use it for demo calls - the great thing about it is that you do not need to prompt attendees to install anything, they can dial in with their phones and it all comes with the free package. Cons: Well, the free package comes with a price. Overall: I can easily connect with people around the globe for free.
Good alternative Pros: Compared to Skype for Business UberConference is much more intuitive and reliable. It's easy to use for people on the receiving end of an invitation as well. Cons: It's very pricy compared to Skype for business. However, if your firm uses this type of software a lot, it is worth the investment.
