Uber Conference is great for remote work conferences Pros: The ease of use is definitely what makes Uber Conference an asset in my workday. Users have the option of calling in or joining from their computer, which is very helpful. Cons: The screen sharing feature on Uber Conference only works with Chrome, which can sometimes be a challenge. We've experienced it being glitchy before. Overall: We use Uber Conference as our primary conference scheduling system, whether in-office or with clients remotely.

Uberconference for web-based conferencing Pros: Recording of meetings for future use incase some users missed the meeting Cons: Screen sharing can be tricky especially when using a gadget with a small screen Overall: Uberconference can be used as a mobile application and that is very important for individuals who would want to meet with colleagues while outside of work

A Solid Conference Platform Pros: Uberconference is solid and easy to use. They say that good design is invisible and seemless. Uberconference is just that. We've never had a problem with Uberconference. Cons: While I don't have any complaints about Uberconference, I find its features lacking at times. There are so many other services such as Zoom and Google Meet that serve the same market that has more features. For example, breakout rooms, private chat, and electronic handraising. Overall: Uber Conference is a solid confer... read more

Simple and sweet! Pros: UberConference has helped us to stay connected with clients during the pandemic. Getting everyone onto one conference call is extremely easy and the screen-sharing features make presenting our design projects a breeze. Cons: While we haven't found many negatives yet in terms of functionality, the price is a little bit steep in comparison to Zoom Pro for our entire team to use. Overall: The ease of use has been complimented on by our clients a number of times and we appreciate how it streamlines presen... read more

Reliable Solution with Good Features Pros: UberConference is a solid, fairly reliable solution with a good free option to try the service out. The free version allows up to 10 people for 45 minutes, allowing you to play with the features, customize certain aspects of the account and test for connection issues. It integrates with programs well, allows you to customize hold music and generate conference call numbers so people can attend the meetings on the road. They have recording features as well, which helps us keep track o... read more

Easy but not the best Pros: UberConference is really easy to use and sharing links to meetings is easy as well. The share your screen and chat functionalities are quite useful. Cons: One of our team members in particular seems to always lose audio (he hears us, we don't hear him) although his wifi, etc. are totally fine with other tools. This causes him to need to hang up and call back in often which is disruptive. This also happens to others although less often. Overall: Overall, it's not bad! We're using a free version so,... read more

Perfect for Small Conference Calls Pros: I love the ability to dial in on the phone even while using the free version. The screen sharing and audio work great. Cons: With the 10 participant limit on the free version, we are limited if we want to invite additional people even while knowing that not all are likely to attend. Overall: It helps accomplish virtual meetings and can even be used while a participant is traveling.

Not worth the money Pros: I chose UberConference for our church because of 1) the one-number option (no access codes needed); 2) it had a user-friendly app; and 3) it allowed you to customize a greeting. Cons: Most conference call services have a "classroom" setting where users can "raise hands" to ask a question or make a statement, one at a time. It eliminates confusion on the call. This is not offered by UberConference. In addition, I found their local numbers to be limited (I couldn't find a Detroit number, for example.)... read more
