It was a terrible experience. The person who did my hair made a mess of it. I asked for blonde highlights, and they left my hair somewhere between black and brown. I paid $280 for that disaster, and then, five weeks later, without my authorization and abusing my information, they charged my credit card $150. I've informed them of my dissatisfaction, and they don't care. The worst place I've ever been to. I absolutely do not recommend them.
