Updated review to owner comment (on yelp. See photos.): Let's not conveniently omit key facts. The video and audio—if reviewed in full—would clearly show that I explicitly asked the front desk if there was a bag available for my shoes. I was told, “No, we don’t have any bags.” I then stated, very clearly, “I’m going to put my shoes in the car and I’ll be right back.” That interaction was direct and unambiguous.
