Unsanitary nail Services..................... I had received a gift certificate for 4 ours of service. I got a Swedish massage, facial and pedicure. Everything was great but the pedicure. The girl used unsanitary tools including the foot scrubber which had other peoples dead skin on it so it was apparently not cleaned, sanitized or new. I asked her not to finish and just polish. unfortunately the customer service is absolutely horrible! my daughter and I each had the " make my day" package which cost $240. we received this for Christmas. When I made our appts, I was assured that our appts would be in sync to ensure we were both done at the same time ( we came in for my birthday) when we arrived, they failed to tell us that they moved my daughters appt 15 mins after mine which through the whole schedule off and we were there almost 6hrs! Divine Designs is a Salon/Spa where there are many talented providers. The products and services there are the best around. Unfortunately, loyal guests who have been receiving services for nine and a half years, are nothing more than a number and a cash cow to upper management. I have becoming here for at least 6 years now, in which I have never had a problem until recently, when the lash tech I had, Nancy, left. She was my lash tech for those 6 years, I didn't know she. Was leaving. When I went to make an appointment it pushed my appointment out for a week appointment out 4 weeks when I attempted to find out why it's when I was told that next I was told that Nancy was no longer there..
