$45 for a men's trim is a bit too pricey for me.

my haircut, by Margie, was a disaster. one side above the ears was cut way high, the other side ok. the back was all uneven. to pay $150 with tip for cut and color is highway robbery...so not worth it. never going back. plus decor very depressing with browns...dark! just an awful experience!!!

I am very disappointed.. DAISY did my staighting keratin, after first wash it was not straight at all and frizz came back after 2-3 wash, they charged me good amount I bought shampoo conditioner spray from salon whatever she recommended me..i went twice to their salon - l called multiple times but no good response from her and management, they were totally apposite and rude attitude from first visit.. I won't recommend to anyone.

I’ve been here 3 times now for color/cut. The color looks fine. My cut is ok. The amount that I was charged for toner is way more than I’ve ever been charged before at any salon. What really bothers me is the constant pushing of products and placing them in a basket for the cashier to ring up at the end of my service. That left a poor taste in my mouth. Trying to push $200+ in products on me multiple times throughout my visit (on all 3 occasions) was extremely tacky. I won’t be returning.

I'm very disappointed with the customer service. They messed my appointment up and still charged me for both appointments. I tried calling to resolve it and the manager lied to me about talking to my girlfriend when she went in for her massage that they booked on the wrong day. I will never be back here and I will not recommend this place to anyone. Very upset with the way they handled the situation.

I had all over color treatment done at the salon. It washed completely out within a couple of weeks, even using color protective shampoo. They brought me back to fix it, and it happened again. Then another time, and it still washed out. Now I don't like to post bad reviews, especially since I've had pleasant experiences in the nail and massage areas, however something is seriously wrong if my hair faded that quickly. This salon is beautiful the customer service is excellent, but my question is. Are they human or they are just dolls without feelings or at least common sense? I had an appointment for today at 11:45am. I'm from Puerto Rico I did not know from my family in about 3 weeks because of hurricane Maria. I have been a customer here for a few years and I can honestly say that the staff is fantastic. They have always been friendly, courteous, and helpful. I have always been more than satisfied with my services. I think their prices are competitive with salons of similar services. Yes they are more expensive than say Great Clips, but they are reasonable when compared to other salons and besides I believe you get what you pay for. I WAS a regular here until last week. I made an appt for Wed night at 645. I receive a call from the salon stating my stylist was running at least 20 mins late. I decided to reschedule for Fri night instead. On Fri I had to rush a family member to the hospital. So I didn't make my appt.
