I have been a customer here for a few years and I can honestly say that the staff is fantastic. They have always been friendly, courteous, and helpful. I have always been more than satisfied with my services. I think their prices are competitive with salons of similar services. Yes they are more expensive than say Great Clips, but they are reasonable when compared to other salons and besides I believe you get what you pay for. I WAS a regular here until last week. I made an appt for Wed night at 645. I receive a call from the salon stating my stylist was running at least 20 mins late. I decided to reschedule for Fri night instead. On Fri I had to rush a family member to the hospital. So I didn't make my appt. Next day I received an email from CEO, Sam Rashid, stating I will be charged $50 for missed appt. I explained that I was at hospital and couldn't break away to call my stylist, really! I won't be getting any wax services from here again!! Ripped and bruised my skin. Now instead of a nice smooth forearm I have a red purple and blue one!!
I wish I could afford to go here I need a whole new make over with my hair an massage I really want to try this place out so I can tell others an send more customers
Very pricey for services. I had two allergic reactions to the cream used for pedi. I called multiple times over three months for a list of ingredients to make sure that I never exposed myself to the allergen again. They refused to talk to me.
Lazy hair dressers! I made an appointment for an all over color and after making wait almost 30 minutes for my hair stylist she then tells me she refuses to touch my hair because the look i wanted was difficult and impossible to achieve. I went elsewhere same day and got exactly what I wanted in less than 3 hrs! I will never come back to divine
Divine Designs has such poor customer service that they will actually charge their guest $50 for missing an alleged appointment. Recently, I had a my nails done at the salon and was told if I booked 3 appointments, I'd receive a 10% discount on services. As I began to book my appointments I was told that the nail tech did not work on Saturdays so I told the woman to go ahead and cancel the appointments and I'd call back if I changed my mind.
