Lazy hair dressers! I made an appointment for an all over color and after making wait almost 30 minutes for my hair stylist she then tells me she refuses to touch my hair because the look i wanted was difficult and impossible to achieve. I went elsewhere same day and got exactly what I wanted in less than 3 hrs! I will never come back to divine
Divine Designs has such poor customer service that they will actually charge their guest $50 for missing an alleged appointment. Recently, I had a my nails done at the salon and was told if I booked 3 appointments, I'd receive a 10% discount on services. As I began to book my appointments I was told that the nail tech did not work on Saturdays so I told the woman to go ahead and cancel the appointments and I'd call back if I changed my mind. My daughter had her hair done there for her birthday, I was quoted a price of 150.00 dollars for hair cut and color. I was told it would take 3 hrs to do this. 5 hrs later her hair was colored with no haircut. While they were doing her hair, they were so rough with my daughters hair, she started to cry , it hurt that bad. 3 weeks later the color was out. Didn't last. I will never go back there.
