I won't be getting any wax services from here again!! Ripped and bruised my skin. Now instead of a nice smooth forearm I have a red purple and blue one!!

Very pricey for services. I had two allergic reactions to the cream used for pedi. I called multiple times over three months for a list of ingredients to make sure that I never exposed myself to the allergen again. They refused to talk to me.
Lazy hair dressers! I made an appointment for an all over color and after making wait almost 30 minutes for my hair stylist she then tells me she refuses to touch my hair because the look i wanted was difficult and impossible to achieve. I went elsewhere same day and got exactly what I wanted in less than 3 hrs! I will never come back to divine
Divine Designs has such poor customer service that they will actually charge their guest $50 for missing an alleged appointment. Recently, I had a my nails done at the salon and was told if I booked 3 appointments, I'd receive a 10% discount on services. As I began to book my appointments I was told that the nail tech did not work on Saturdays so I told the woman to go ahead and cancel the appointments and I'd call back if I changed my mind.
