Just wanted to thank Dr. Arrington and Dr. Harrison and their wonderful staff for helping save my boy's life. They were absolutely wonderful. My boy wouldn't eat months ago and after their rigorous testing they were able to find out he had a gallbladder disease and needed emergency surgery. Everything! This ER treated my Hunni as if she was their own! They walked me through the entire process and made us feel safe. We recently had to bring our fur baby to a local ER in Florida, they did not treat us remotely close to how well this organization did, and unfortunately we lost her because of it. Love, passion, compassion, and hope means EVERYTHING when it comes to major surgeries. I should have jumped on a plane and came straight back to this ER. So thankful to have had such an awesome team of vets taking care of my poor puppy after he got ahold of lots of human food and became quite ill. The doctors were very kind and explained everything in detail.

My Boy, Ghost is a Siberian Husky that is almost 6 years old. He suffers from seizures and thank goodness for the wonderful Neurologist, Dr. Neravanda and his wonderful Neurology team I am getting the help and guidance I need to help my boy. The staff is very caring and helpful. They also help me calm down and work on doing the things he needs. I highly recommend them to others. They are there 24/7 and really care about our fur babies just like we do. I give them 5 🌟

All of the staff here give exceptional care and are wonderful about communicating clearly, listening closely and making sure both sides of the conversation understand each other fully. Emergency/specialist care isn't cheap but these doctors and techs are worth every cent.
I brought my dog in at 10:30pm on Christmas Eve and they took such great care of him. He ended up needing to stay for four whole days and every single staff member we dealt with was kind and patient. Each day I received a call from that day's doctor with an update on his status, their thoughts on his medical concerns, and treatment options. Every single doctor I spoke to was patient and explained everything thoroughly.
