Fantastic group of people! Dr. Gillem is wonderful. She is soft spoken and very compassionate. She gives you all the time you need to review all topics and options. Everyone is very professional. This is a large business that hasn’t lost the personal touch!!

I'm so thankful we were referred to Dogs and Cats by our vet. Our sweet little Boston Terrier has been in the hospital for days, and every test kept leading us down another path, trying to find a diagnosis. Our regular vets said they could do no more and sent us here. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Harrison and the staff. Everyone was exceptional! This place is good in the event of an emergency. Brought my puppy in for an upset stomach. The doctor was very knowledgeable and was able to get to the issue without gouging my bank account. Two things were not great. I waited an hour and a half to see the doctor and I was the only person in the waiting room that morning. There seemed to be no reason for the extended wait. The staff and Dr. Neravanda were wonderful to my little kitten, Chloe. Unfortunately the outcome is not good. Would highly recommend this ER.

This is an excellent facility. My Cocoa came in as an emergency and she was immediately attended to and made comfortable. The vet on duty that night ( Dr. Nelson) was very helpful and she is an excellent communicator. We had to leave Cocoa overnight and I knew she was in good hands. Dr. Neravanda was excellent. He was so patient and answered all our questions. Cocoa is doing fine now. I am very grateful for all the care and help we received from them.
