RecommendedThis place is good in the event of an emergency. Brought my puppy in for an upset stomach. The doctor was very knowledgeable and was able to get to the issue without gouging my bank account. Two things were not great. I waited an hour and a half to see the doctor and I was the only person in the waiting room that morning. There seemed to be no reason for the extended wait. Also, the vet techs have no business providing an estimate without the pet first being examined by the doctor. I was quoted upwards of $500 for "tests" be... read more

The staff and Dr. Neravanda were wonderful to my little kitten, Chloe. Unfortunately the outcome is not good. Would highly recommend this ER.

This is an excellent facility. My Cocoa came in as an emergency and she was immediately attended to and made comfortable. The vet on duty that night ( Dr. Nelson) was very helpful and she is an excellent communicator. We had to leave Cocoa overnight and I knew she was in good hands. Dr. Neravanda was excellent. He was so patient and answered all our questions. Cocoa is doing fine now. I am very grateful for all the care and help we received from them.

Everyone is so nice and compassionate there. The vets are wonderful. They worked with me because I didn’t have the money required to do a complete work up on my cat. They didn’t try to make me feel guilty for declining some things. They even had some medicine that was donated that I didn’t have to pay for. I really appreciated that. I would definitely return if I had another pet emergency.

The staff was very professional, caring, and the facility was clean. Dr. Nelson was also understanding and she really kept me and my daughter informed about our dog's condition. I would recommend going here for emergency services anytime.
