Dr. Guma (Internal Medicine) is fantastic. She is extremely thorough and stays on top of everything. I can not recommend her highly enough.
It was great that they were 24 hours. Definitely panicked as my cats issue stirred up right before the holiday. They were great with diagnosing and reasonably priced given it’s an emergency care animal hospital.
The staff and doctors are friendly, professional and attractive to your pets. They followed up to check on the pets which I really liked.
Although we were referred to Dogs And Cats because our beautiful dog is very sick, we have nothing but positive things to say about the staff. Everyone, from the front desk, assistants, technicians and doctors were nothing less than compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, loving, kind, friendly, caring people! I would highly recommend them for your pet.

Professional, efficient.
My dog Walter was almost dead when I brought him to Dogs and Cats. After a 5 day stay and 3 blood transfusions he pulled thru. The doctors were patient explaining to me this blood disease I didn’t realize my boy had. The vet techs took such good care of Walter and the ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Walter is now doing awesome and healthy!
We recently visited Dogs and Cats on a referral for our dog Mugsie. Dr. Julie Marie Gillem provided us with guidance that was clear, compassionate, and helpful. The follow up email to our local vet, on which we were copied, was also very clear and easy to understand. In times of stress it is nice to receive information you can truly understand so you can make the best decision for you and your pet.
