First time I had a vet emergency after hours. Everyone was helpful and supportive. I knew up front what this was going to cost. Emergency visit fee was only a bit more than my vet but my vet didn't open for 2 hours and I was afraid to wait. During the wait they kept me updated on what was happening, or not happening in my case. The wait was more because of the patient rather than their service. The updates helped ease my mind. My baby had an allergic reaction to her vaccines. I called and they were helpful. I had to bring her in and they gave her the meds she needed. My baby is home doing much much better. Thank God they are open 24 hrs a day.

Our dog Bailey has a rare liver disease AND a rare parathyroid disease. Dr. Guma is always professional, compassionate and also very cognizant of the costs and willing to advise on how to bring costs down if possible. This has been an expensive process, but we love our Bailey and are so happy to have found this practice!

Excellent service and extremely professional! I've used them for emergency service in the past and again recently when my dog, Dally, passed away. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up her ashes. They were already contained in a beautiful wooden box urn for display with an engraved nameplate and a paw print keepsake was made- without asking and no additional costs. Thank you so much for providing such comfort during our time of need and helping memorialize my girl!

Sadly, I had to have my dog euthanized yesterday. The entire ER staff could not have been nicer or more compassionate. They treated my dog with loving care and understood the pain I was experiencing.

Great job but costly when you walk in the door. But, they knew the problem, gave medicine and Miles was better in a few days.

I have used this facility for three of my dogs at different times and was very happy they were there to help my dogs. The staff on duty has been kind, compassionate, and professional. Each time they were able to do what was necessary to make my pets feel better....and me too. Very happy they are here and I would and have recommended them to others.
