I've been taking my dog here for 2 years for daycare and grooming. Yesterday I was told my dog bit the groomer. When I arrived to pick up my dog, they tried to give me the wrong dog twice. Turns out they groomed the wrong dog and my dog was stuck in a cage for 5 hours and did not get bathed or groomed. My friend also had an incident where her dog died the day the day after being under Doguroo's supervision for daycare. So, I have nothing bad to say about the workers, they are all amazing and they all love dogs. But as someone who did work here, it's an awful environment for your pet to be in, especially if they are boarding for extended amounts of time. My biggest pet peeve was the fact that they had an outdoor yard and they just don't use it. Your dogs are pissing and shitting on the floor and since we had to mop up after them the floor was always wet and dogs couldn't run or release energy safely without slipping. I very rarely write reviews but I just have to!... This is the WORST boarding place ever! The last time I used them, like 4 years ago, I paid for a private suite for my dog & when I picked him up his soft crate was entirely soaked in urine and they couldn't explain why - so he must have been trapped in there for too long. Dear BLACK PPL! Pls stay away from this location.. the discrimination I felt today was so unreal!! I was referred here by My neighbors, yes they are friendly YT ppl they love me & my puppies! Today 1/26/2022 me and my sister walked inside if this facility to check my puppies into their appointments, as soon as I walk in theirs a lady standing to our right.. she opens her mouth and say "HAND WASH IS THIS WAY I was really confused because I was told the staff was grooming my puppies.. plus she didn't greet us at all very rude!... read more

I contacted the owner, Jean F., directly about my recent experience. I hope that changes in practices and personnel are made for the well being of the dogs. Do not believe claims from this business that they are "100% advocates for the dog". This business will cast blame on the dogs if anything involving additional effort from the so-called "care team" arises while treating customers in a grossly disrespectful, unprofessional manner.

It's taken me some time to gather my thoughts after boarding my dog the last weekend of June to write a post. I went to pick up my dog on Sunday after a weekend trip and expected her to be bathed and cleaned. An employee brings out a dog That DOES NOT belong to me(about 20 pounds less and diff color than mine) puzzled, I responded that wasn't my dog. I wanted to love this place so badly since it's so close to our home, convenient, has cameras you can check throughout the day, and is affordable. We have a 6 month old puppy who seemed to enjoy his first day there. However, when we picked him up after the trial day we were immediately pulled aside and told our puppy had tried to jump the wall which they consider a red flag but they were "willing to give us another chance". I hate to write this review but feel it's critical to share our experience to ensure owners are aware of how poorly they handle incidents affecting loyal customers. Back story: our 1.5 year old dog has been at daycare roughly 3x per week for the past year with Dogaroo until January 3rd when he was bit with the team unable to share exactly what happened. This dog facility seemed so legit, until I registered my house trained dog to participate in the $30 trial day for dog daycare, recently. I was so excited to have my dog in dog daycare, especially with the option to check in on him and view the dog daycare activities of the day on the live webcam feed. I monitored my dog's activity 6 hours in and noticed he was standing by the entrance of the fenced in play area, barking continuously. I automatically knew that was a red flag!
