Workers are extremely rude. Maybe it was a bad day but don't ask any simple questions about what they carry. Was cutoff mid sentence from a worker with a short, frustrated reply and no assistance or follow up. She seemed annoyed to have to help someone. Bad experience.

I wanted to love this place, but it's too high maintenance for me. I will continue to take my little bud to Best Little Dog House in Smyrna.
This place has really gone down hill-I used to go often to use the self service bathing area and to buy food and only ever encountered a clean and pleasant place. Let me say-I'm a total dog person! I worked at a vet clinic for 2 years before working at a service dog training facility (with 150+ kenneled dogs) for 15 years! I also breed and show dogs. I spent hours researching the best daycare option and settled on this place, even though it is completely out of my way. From the moment I walked, in the woman on the front desk was so incredibly rude. I felt so unwelcome that I decided to walk out the door and write my very first yelp review.

A bit late with this review, but I took both my dogs in for the temperament test a couple weeks ago, and they called me halfway through the day and said one of them did not pass and could not come back. I asked what he did, and they said he was fine playing with the other dogs, but the staff tried to bring him inside to a kennel or something for whatever reason, and he growled at them. So I used to be happy with this place because it was a clean and beautiful store with friendly staff. But I had called on a Monday to schedule a bath for Next weeks Wednesday. I called far ahead to make sure I got a spot because we were leaving town Thursday. Doguroo = bad experience. We left our baby for boarding last weekend and we picked her up in severe pain. She severely hurt her neck and has been on pain medication and anti inflammatory all week. I called to see if we could leave her again this weekend but keep her alone away from other dogs in her cage. While the staff was very friendly and said of course we can do that and we are so sorry for what happened, the manager was rude and very unaccommodating. Self wash great idea, poorly executed. The tubs are elevated ,which is nice. However even with the collar attachment my 35lb. Lab was still able to jump out of the tub, drenching me in the process. The main reasons I chose Doguroo was their self wash included use of the dryer, shampoos and styling tools. The dryer was ridiculously loud and with out a grooming table it was impossible to keep my dog in place so that I could dry her. We have made steps so that not only have the tools been replaced but are on a regular maintenance program to ensure they remain clean, sanitized and in excellent working condition.
