I really wish these folks also did plumbing, HVAC, electric, etc. etc. Absolute vast majority of contractors I have dealt with in Northeast are atrocious, even if they have A rating. I am so happy I went with Dolphin. They will be doing all my re-insulation too. Three guys showed up in a clean truck. Smile on their faces, great attitude. We were connected with Dolphin through MassSave and they paid, sorry I can't comment about their pricing. But their work and the crew was fantastic! They were great about scheduling and adjusted it to fit our schedule! I never felt like I was bothering them when i would call them up. When the 3 guys showed up they were on time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Installers were professional, worked hard, and left the work area clean. I got the sense that they really packed the ceiling because they were at it for a few hours. They showed up late because there was a problem with their truck, but they called me that morning to let me know and it did not cause me a problem. I was happy they made it out that day despite the truck problems and were able to complete the job in one day. Added insulation to garage ceiling.

This was an awesome experience. Great knowledge of the people doing the job. Extremely hard working dedicated team. Impressive owner David who knows what he is doing. First job done on my house after 7 years I like from start to finish Insulation of attic cantilever between 1rst and 2nd floor and basement sill.

Before committing to the project, Dave came to the house and after inspecting the attic and the roof, we had a very fruitful discussion about the pros and cons of the different possible insulation options. Dolphin did a good job of identifying and assessing the issues with the existing insulation in our property and then discussing our options for improvements. Their resulting work was well coordinated and professionally executed on time.The house temperature,despite cold winter weather,is noticeably more uniform since the work was done. A very positive outcome! Upgraded insulation in attic, basement. Installed new base platform for HVAC in attic, including attic access

I am in the Mass save program and one of the recommendations was to have the house insulated. Ihad a list of providers given to me by theMass save auditor. The first company I called was close by and I figuredI would givethem a try. I called, told them what had to be done and they came out to give me an estimate.
