They were very professional. For example, they put down flooring protectors inside our home prior to doing the work. Because of the quality of the work we had them replace two failing sofits vents as well. They need to be onsite all day because of the scope of work, but made sure they cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use them again. As part of the Mass save program Dolphin added new insulation in the attic, fill gaps, add weather strips in the basement door and did a complete set of air flow tests.

They were professional and responsive, and the job leader Dave was very knowledgeable. We would definitely use them again. Dolphin performed air leak tests, installed sealing and insulation and attic stair caps and other work recommended through a Mass Save energy audit.

We used Dolphin Insulation via the Mass Saves program. They scheduled a date with us and came at a prompt time. The two contractors were very friendly and were very respectful of our home. They arrived and performed the work over the course of a few hours. They definitely did a GREAT job because this winter has been extremely cold, now our house stayed much warmer and our oil furnace runs far less than it did in previous warmer winters. On the day of the job it was extremely cold and temperature was below zero. The workers were very professional. they cover all the areas which needed work with cloth and also cover their shoes. There was no disruptions and inconvenience to us in any way. The lead technician was very thorough and took time to explain exactly what they were doing. A wonderful experience from the booking through to the cleanup. Installing insulation isn't the cleanest process, but these guys did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone looking make their house a little more energy efficient. The company also handled all of the rebate paperwork directly so all we ended up needing to pay was the difference. A great experience all around. Installed insulation in crawl spaces, knee walls, and attic. Installed door kits.

I have no complaints. I have some other issues that I have to work out before I can have them come back and actually do a job for me. I did pay them for the consult, which I thought was done very well. They spent a lot of time with me and went over everything with me very clearly. I used Mass Save program to determine if I need insulation around the house, and they told me I only need insulation from attic. (and the price is more than 1000, and because of the rebate from masssave, I only have to pay around 200). I found dolphin insulation from the list Mass Save gave me. They came here three times, first time they come they found out that the co level is too high and ask me to fix it otherwise it will be dangerous.
