Scott at Donley referred me to *exactly* the right company (DRACO Air) for completing a new, R-22, SEER 13, split-system installation in my home with the equipment I purchased (condenser unit and air handler) just before the ban on manufacturing new HCFC air conditioners and heat-pumps went into effect (R-22 units seem to function better in the extreme Arizona heat). The accounting lady who answered my (first) call earlier in the day was very friendly and helpful.

Same day emergency service --- ac unit froze up with dirty filters. $240 for the service 80 minutes work and they will come back next week for another service visit ---90. Tried to sell me the$185 plan. Ac working again at least.

I called them for chemically cleaning my air conditioner coils, they were prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them. Now I think I will replace my current maintenance company and hire them.

I have used them for plumbing and A/C. Telephone reps are very friendly and helpful. Techs are also very friendly and helpful. I think there service is excellent. The only reason I have to give them four stars is that they made mistakes installing my A/C unit. They were very courteous and respectful of my home but they made mistakes that didn't become clear until several months after the install. I had four different companies out to troubleshoot an AC unit that was not cooling. Only Donley was able to fix the problem. Since then, I have used them a few times for other issues and the techs are always super nice, communicate effectively and they seem competitively priced. I am a very loyal customer. Their manager, Fred, is the best in town - I am convinced.

Seeing how this company treated my elderly Aunt (a long time customer) was devastating. While battling cancer, she needed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal installed. We purchased these fixtures!! Instead of getting quotes she called her "reliable plumber". Donley charged her $685 for a 45-minute installation! It is evident they took advantage of her mental state they should be utterly ashamed of themselves!! That money could have been used for cancer medication. water heater exhaust vent replacement , I call for service and technician priced me $50 for part and $300 labor, I called another company called one cool solution and they did the job for me, $9 part and 20 MINUTES LABOR $80 labor total of $89 and I gave him $30 tip, I will never call Donley AC & Plumbing again , total rip off.

As a longtime customer and subscriber to their manintenance contract I could not have been treated more poorly. They refused to honor the warranty on work they admitted doing unless and until they sent another plumber to my home even though they already had a record of the parts and the original plumber's work. Their invoice says, "We Do It Right, Guaranteed." Well, maybe not always.

Today was the first time I called this company for a plumbing issue. They took my information and scheduled me an appointment for between 2-4 today. At a few minutes before 4 I called the office to see if they were still coming. The operator I spoke with put me on hold and supposedly transferred me to dispatch.
