Recently we were not getting hot water from our Rheem Tankless Water Heater. Both Josh and Ricardo came upon appointment. Josh and I tried a new part, and a few calls to Rheem Service, which kept forwarding diagrams-no dialogue to talk us through the problem. Josh was determined. Kevin was excellent!! I highly recommend requesting him for work you need done. He has come to my house a couple of times. I have also had other technicians from Donley who have done excellent work for me. I have felt that their service matches their prices. They are friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and make sure that I am satisfied with the end result before they ever leave. Our air was not working when we got home Saturday afternoon. It was cooling off so no great concern. Called and spoke with Dana Sunday morning (very sweet and efficient). She had a repair person at my house by 8:30am. The repairman had the air going in less than 30 minutes, yay. But the biggest surprise was he said it was a burned wire that they had installed and there would be no charge! Wow! Great service and honesty. You don't see this every day. :)

Ricardo came out and replaced the water heater today. Did a great job especially because the old and new unit had to come through the house to get to the laundry room on the patio. I have been a long time customer of Donley's and had to also replace the AC unit in April--which is no small feat in a townhouse complex. One of the Donley staff said it was the biggest crane they had seen that was used to lift the unit onto the roof. Anyway-Donley has always treated me well and provided great service.

My AC went out last Sunday. I was nervous about who to call. I knew I would likely need a whole new system as mine was 21 years old. A friend recommended Donley. They came out the day I called and gave me lots of options. I had a new system put in on Thursday. The whole experience was easy. Every contact along the process was professional the techs made me feel at ease. I highly recommend this company.

Office staff is courteous and helpful when scheduling my appointments. We request a specific tech, Dan, because of his patience in completing the task, attention to detail and overall skill in performing the plumbing work. Not to long ago Dan repaired the main water pipe faucet to our house, after my husband was unable to complete it. As a retired union plumber he couln't resist checking Dan's work and was very please with the repair work. We are sending more pulmbing work your way!

Mike came out to fix my ac. Needed new compressor and associated parts. Mike even found cause of compressor blowing up and fixed the part that caused the damage to keep it from happening again. The company is honest, dependable, keep you informed when they will be there. The prices are inline w other quotes but better service and customer service and quality of work.

I have used Donley for years. I love their maintenance package! It keeps our system running reliably. Super easy scheduling. Juan (my favorite technician) is always on time, super pleasant, does an excellent job of keeping us cool. Thanks for all the years of great service
