I have had Donley work on my home air conditioning and plumbing systems for over 20 years. They have always provided excellent service. Their technicians are well trained and knowledgeable. Without hesitation I recommend them for any plumbing and air conditioning needs including buying a new air conditioning system. ****, one of their technicians was out to do the regular maintenance on my air conditioning system. **** (technician weve had more than once) was great and he is not only patient he is extremely knowledgeable. All technicians at Donley have been five star and **** takes that to an even higher level. Weve used Donley overall for many many years now & have purchased 2 HVAC units over years. Great family business and **** has been there (we asked!) for 30 years so obviously they take good care of employees that in turn take great care of customers.
I have been using Donley in my current home since ****! They have been taking care of my home since it was brand new. They have always responded in a timely manner. Their employees are the best. They are like family or a neighbor that you can trust. This visit was done by ******************* who has been with Donley since ****. Great communication on the appointment timing. (Summer tune-up and hot water heater flushing)The tech (**************) Explained the appointment tasks in terms everyone could understand. He finished the job, cleaned up perfectly and explained all the tests and measurements he made.He also gave us a few suggestions about our equipment and recommended some future maintenance on the water heater.Great service visit....highly recommend ***** and Donley.

I like that I can request the same technician for all the plumbing services (***), instead of a different person every time. It is not a good practice to have a different person every time. If you have multiple people working on one service (plumbing) and there is a problem with the job that was done how would you know which employee is the incompetent one. When I find I am need of a plumbing services, regardless of what they charge, I still need the service, so why argue about the price. You can call the office for pricing ... read more
