The hallways needed vacuumed. We never received our cookies. Called down and ordered food Saturday morning. Was told give them 10 minutes. Waited all most 15 before I headed down. Then was told it still wasn’t ready. So I waited. After waiting 30 minutes longer. I walked up and ask it out food was ready. They lady said yes I just have to get it from the back. Took my money then helped everyone else at all the tables before she got my food. Once I finally got the food and got back to my room. The food wasn’t even warm!

Waited through dinner We were there at 3:00 for check-in and told the room was not ready. Along with many other people who were waiting. We were told to come back in 45 minutes. Later, we were told that the room was still not ready and that they are having a hard time keeping up with a noon check-out and a 3 pm check-in. After waiting for nearly 2 hours, the room was ready.

Jr suite was dirty, dusty and had old orange juice left in the fridge. Dust everywhere and food under the couch.

I checked in using the app and said we'd be there around 4, check in is at 3. We got there at 5pm and had to go to the front desk anyway because the digital key wasn't working. Turns out our room wasn't even ready yet. When we finally got to the room there was trash behind the nightstand and the toilet ran the ENTIRE time.

Bring your own pillows! Pillows were so flat could not sleep comfortably.

This was not great. The bed oddly did not have a fitted sheet on the bottom, which is super dumb, there were lots of bugs in the room both alive and dead, the refrigerator rack was broken and hoopty af, and there were sirens pretty much all night. That being said, the staff was fantastic especially Walter who is very friendly and understands excellent customer service perfectly. Thank you Walter!
