Realself community, I had my first rhinoplasty with this dr grigoryants. Choosing him to do a minor nose job is my regret of life. I went for a subtle change because I didn’t like my bridge area. He made it sound easy and like he totally got what my goals were. For as long as I can remember my nose has overpowered my face, it’s crooked, droopy, and overall misshaped. But I think and really hope that Dr. Grigoryants is the one who can give me my dream nose! Today was my pre-op appointment. He was to the point and attentive, while also being realistic. After much thought and careful consideration, I have decided to post this review as I continue to feel extremely unhappy about the outcome of my primary rhinoplasty by Dr. Grigoryants on 08/16/17. Also, the feedback I have received from my surgeon to date is conflicting, misleading and/or not truthful. I have always hated my nose growing up and I’m finally going to change it. I was too chicken to do it, but then my older sister recently got hers done and it motivated me to get mine done. I’m going to Dr. Grigoryant’s in Glendale and I’m very excited/nervous! I’ll be posting my progress on here(:
I heard a lot about this doctor so I decided to book a consultation! I had a primary rhinoplasty about 8 years ago and I was very unhappy with it and finally decided to go for a revision! So Dr Grigoryants examines my nose literally took him less than 3 mins and he hits me with a “I’m sorry your nose cannot be done” I was in shock! He claims that I do not have enough cartilage (which that should not be an issue for a professional surgeon) he also said if I get my nose done it would collapse! He literally crushed me! Had a consult last year but honestly it was super short and basically all he said was that my nose was overpowering my whole face and needed to be more feminine, which I totally agree with.
I’ve had limited contact with Dr. Grigoryants and his office thus far, but the contact I have had has been great and very helpful!
