Hi! I am getting a Rhinoplasty with Dr. G on 8/17 and I am very excited. Not nervous at all, have read all of his reviews and feel overall positive about this upcoming experience. Here are some before photos and I’ll share more along the way. I am 96 lbs and 5 ft. so I am looking for a nose that fits my physique.
All I can say is that my nose is the opposite of what I wanted (natural, conservative) and I am devastated.

Dr G is not going to hold your hand at any point in the process. Dont expect him to ask about your personal journey or feelings. It's all business and he does a lot of it. Like most other reviews, he seemed to already have an idea of what he would do and there was no discussion about aesthetics. In hindsite, I wish I would have made sure we were on the same page more and had a documented treatment plan as many things changed during surgery. Hello all! As of today, I am officially booked for December 14, 2018! Only 189 more days to go and boy am I a nervous and excited wreck. They were booking for September but I decided on doing it the week I will be done with my finals so I will have a whole 3 weeks to recover since my job will be on break for christmas at the same exact time. So far from what I can tell he seems very sweet and is a true artist when it comes to noses after extensive amounts of time reading his reviews and looking at his before and afters for what feels like 100 times. I haven't met him in person YET but his office staff was very sweet when I called to schedule my surgery date and he responds to emails pretty fast. I will update this later when I know more
I chose Dr. Grigoryants because he specializes in closed rhinoplasty and I have seen more good pictures posted by his patients than by patients of any other doctor. I was very impressed with the pictures of his work. Unfortunately, I did not end up with what I wanted. I had a bump and a bulbous tip. I wanted exactly the type of nose this doctor tends to do for most patients: slightly upturned, with a slope on the bridge, and a supratip break. He took his time with me in the pre op (unlike some reviewers stated). He did not rush me at all. I probably should have been more prepared with questions though. I’ll update more here after surgery
