1.0 out of 5 stars HORRIBLE - WILL RUIN YOUR PRINTER absolutely horrible. i thought i was purchasing directly from the brother store and its completely ruined my printer/scanner. i should have known it was trash when i first put it in and it wasn't printing correctly on my labels. Don't think you'll be saving money by buying cheaper and it ruins everything. if i could get a refund i would.
1.0 out of 5 stars Didn't even last one month... I've been using my printer in my office regularly. Usually, when we place a new cartridge, it lasts for at least 3 months... this one we bought, only lasted 1 month.... Not good... it must be half empty or something........
1.0 out of 5 stars This unit is Fake. All the printouts on this drum output are faded. If you look carefully, some of the colors on the levers and fonts are different than the original Brother DR-820. If you look next to the dr-820 sticker, you can see a product number on the right is missing.
1.0 out of 5 stars Pretty sure this wasn’t brand new This item was defective as soon as I took it out of the package. Paper kept jamming, and it kept saying replace drum. That has never happened before With any other brother products I have bought in the past.
They sold me a used drum. Do not do get this drum! By the time I realized that this drum was garbage, it was too late. I ordered it in February of last year but I got sick and ended up with an illness that took over my life for almost a year. When I got back to business and started using this drum it only printed about 300 pages before it went south. It is too late to return. I went on the website and there is no way I can resolve this. Did Not Work This item was purchased to replace current drum. Two days after installing it started making noise and machine said I need to replace the drum again. I will be purchasing from a local store next time since the window to return closed 15 days before I installed. My bad. This was not supposed to be refurbished when I took it out of my machine and looked at it closer it had white spec's on the underside. Makes me think it was new. Never had a problem before, but can't afford to have it again.
Leave Black Marks This is the second drum we've purchased, and it continues to leave black marks on documents.
This is NOT genuine Brother Toner It was listed as genuine Brother toner but when i received it, it was not but had a note listed that it wouldn't void your printer warranty.
