This product only lasted 6 weeks under normal use. Do not buy from here!!! The window for returns was only about 4 weeks and the drum only lasted for about 6 weeks under normal use. It is obviously defective. We only ran about 1,000 copies on it and it is supposed to last for at least 30,000 copies. This is a rip off. Do not buy these from Amazon!!
New drum sucks My printer said I needed a new drum so I ordered one and replaced it. Unfortunately I still get a message on the printer to replace the drum and the print quality is not great.
Bought supposedly a new drum and it most definitely is not I attempted to use this drum today and i got all kinds of warnings from my printer of other items that were wrong as soon as I put the old drum back in my printer worked I want to return the drum but cannot find out how I am a small company I cannot be wasting money on falsely advertised poorly made products I have the one I opened and I have another unopened I am not a happy customer at all.

This one didn't work so well I have original Brother drum units in the past, and I just place another order today, but the one I ordered 2 months ago has already malfunctioned causing ink to smear on the paper and the printer. I am getting a drum error reading on my printer and the drum is less than 2 months old. I need a new one, so I just placed another order from Amazon. Hope the new one will work.

Toner broken after a month. Toner broken after a month. Started to "dust" the entire page making it black or gray. Then ran out of toner.
This came defective it spilled ink all over inside the printer.
