Quality there are some marks on drum brand new out of the box, not sure if this is normal but it does not looks brand new! prints ok but not sure how this will last as the drum looks used

Defective products I ordered a drum unit for my printer in late September knowing that I would have to replaced within the next 60 days. However, once I replaced the drum unit the printed documents had black marks on the paper. I would like a replacement one or at least a refund to allow me to order a new one.
Selling Used/Defective Equipment So, this was advertised as an open box. This was a defective unit that someone had already returned. We have yet to return it because we have to order another one beforehand. See images. The first image is the original, the second is the copy. The drum is clearly defective. It's a shame that it was sold through Amazon.
Replacing the drum unit does not solve the problem of dirty copies. I have replaced the drum unit in my Brother printer twice--two years apart--and there is not improvement in copy quality. There are little specks and streaks on every copy. Love this printer in every other way, but I wish I could get clean copies.
Bad Drums! We purchased the drum at the end of June 2020. No more than 400 copies have run and the drum went bad.
