Pretty worn down, but loved that they had a shuttle to the stadium!

Trade off - awesome view - nasty room Staff was helpful - lobby was nice - however the carpet in the hallway was dirty and the carpet in the room looked like a crime scene - switched rooms and was a little better but still nasty !! View of the arch and sky line was awesome but a big trade off for the nasty carpet. The rest of the room was just ok !!

Nice Hotel but it needs some updates. Rooms are spacious and clean. Conveniently located to the Metro Station or you can walk over the Bridge to the Gateway Arch NP.

The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was clean and nice. It was really close to the arch and very easy to get to. My only gripe was the pool was not heated as it was advertised. Other than that, I highly recommend staying here if you plan on seeing the arch. heateadvertised but that's just a small
