The carpet was extremely stained mirror missing off The closed door 2 hours before we were settling in our room with a TV that worked.

Overall, not bad the room was large and the view was ok because the windows were really dirty. Only thing I’d like to complain about is the meeting rooms down stairs. The loud music continued from 4pm to nearly 11pm and my room was on the 3rd floor and it was still very loud and unpleasant.

I arrived early, before posted check in time. I called the hotel and asked if it was possible to check in early. They told me that it was no problem! That was very nice of them to allow me to check in early.

Check in was quick. Shower was more like half air, half water. Toilet wasnt bolted to floor. Only decaf coffee pods in the room. No front desk clerk when we went to check out.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel and casino were very clean. Neighborhood was a bit scary and Google maps directions were not correct. But shuttle to Cardinals game was a happy bonus. Train service was easy as well.
