FABULOUS company. Awesome communication, prompt arrival, clean, friendly. During the entire process they acted in an extremely professional manner. This company is all around TOP NOTCH. I had heard DUCTZ was worth the money and worth waiting for. I agree 100%. When the job is complete, they send you a report with before and after pictures. Absolutely amazing.

Sean and Jim performed an extremely thorough cleaning of the duct work in my entire house. They arrived on time, wore booties over their shoes and used dropped clothes as it was raining and muddy out, and were just plain kind and courteous the entire time. Thoroughly explained everything they did when they were done. They had to cut quite a few bigger holes in my duct work as there was large amounts of construction debris that needed to be removed but repaired the holes very professionally and to national standards. I also received an email the next day with some before and after pictures of the inside of the duct work and the difference is night and day. They now look brand new inside (the house is 70 years old). All around great company to work with. I will definitely be using them again as I am a real estate agent and investor and have many clients I will be referring them to. Couldn't recommend them more

Ductz arrived on time. The two men were very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they went over the procedure before they got started and answered any of my questions. The guys who came to clean the ducts were very professional and courteous. We are happy with the job they did. The only minor negative is that they hit the door moulding with the equipment and took a small chunk of wood off. Not a big deal. On a positive note they pointed out a wet area that we hadn't been aware of, so we could get it taken care of. We would definitely recommend Ductz for their great service.
