The team was very professional on the phone and quick to get a service time. The cleaning was very thorough and the technicians explained all their activities. I also call them recently to get info on a AC problem I was having. Scott Jasion took time to discuss the issue and recommended several local AC experts that could help. The project went very well. They arrived promptly and set up my home with floor coverings and wore protective booties over their shoes. They accommodated my cat during the process. The cleaning took about 4 1/2 hrs. There was no mess or dust during or after cleaning and the noise was minimal. Ductz provides before and after photos so you can see the results (which were good!). Even though the process requires them to be in every room of the house, Sean and Sam were very respectful and went about their job in a most professional manner. Exceptional well very professional. Used a company who has monthly advertising insert in the monthly "Money Mailer" packet of coupons, they were very underwhelming, the short of it is they did not do very good work. I contacted "Ductz" of the Upper Bay Region. Their were pleasure to work with and did an excellent job of cleaning my dryer vent duct, which is much longer than most homes. Ductz provides an excellent service. They arrived on time and prepared to work. The technicians used drop cloths, booties and other gear to protect my home. They were clean, professional and communicated throughout the process to explain what they were doing. Their report after the cleaning is a nice touch and contains lots of before and after photos. The crew was prompt, professional and courteous. They used the latest in duct cleaning equipment, explained the procedures and answered all of our questions. They cleaned all room air registers and return vent grills, wall and floor ducts, HVAC unit, blower motor and installed a new air filter. DUCTZ did an excellent job! Everyone I've interacted with in this company is very nice, professional and detail-oriented. They answered all of my questions and explained the process very well.
