They must have cleared my vents. I don't think there was any problem. There was nothing outstanding. It wasn't outstanding work or whatever, it wasn't bad. It was average.

Your dryer vent cleaning was requested by you, as a function of the condo association requirement to have the vent cleaned every two years, regardless if it was really dirty/clogged up or not. (the association made those rules). I simply responded to your request and cleaned the vent completely and properly. First cleaned duct work thoroughly, later after some work done on HVAC system returned to help trouble shoot.
Ductz was on time, on budget and prepared and produced a detailed report of pictures and descriptions of what they cleaned. I found every element of their service to be the definition of professional right down to the protectors they placed on their feet and the way they cleaned up after themselves. Their service, unlike a Groupon 'deal', was thorough and complete. I highly recommend them. .

Dryer vent cleaning for a condo have had no problems with this company
Cleaned out all ventilation ducts when we had a new HVAC installed. We replaced a 30 year old unit, have never had this done but was suggested by our contractor. There were before and after photos and all I can say is WOW! I had no idea how filthy the ducts were and just how much dust can accumulate in the ductwork!
Cleaned the washer dryer vent and checked out both washer and dryer systems. Jamie promptly arrived at the designated time. He was very courteous, quickly responded to our request to cover his work shoes, and did a terrific job servicing our washer/dryer systems. Cleaned HVAC system and dryer vent in preparation for new heat pump installation. The owner came to our home and described the process in detail , surveyed our system and gave a written estimate. He was helpful and clear about prep we did/did not need to do. We were able to schedule the cleaning quickly.
